Compact Posting
here I go again, cramming as much as I can in 1 post.
- Lately, I have been feeling signs of stress. Increased irritability (yes increased. i'm always irritated with something or the other), itchy scalp (and at times dandruff, which is so un-me), and I keep getting colds that last for just a day and then it would disappear then re-appear a couple of days after. And I think I know why. My basketball team (I am the team manager of my company's basketball team) has made it to the finals. I am stressed because everytime I watch a game its like I am going to have a stroke. If it ain't a come from behind win or winning by 2 points or a punching bout between teams (yes i have finally seen a guy get punched in real life), I'd be stressed if enough players would actually show up for the game or that the pictures I took are too blurry or if I was able to jot down the scores and the fouls made by my team. At least it would all end this week because the final game would have been played and I can retire my position until next year. But jeez, I really wish my team would win! Just to make all the stress worth it!
- My friend Binny just celebrated his birthday. Actually, we didn't know it was his birthday until his girlfriend found out the night before (long story). Anyway, my sisters and I decided to drop by their place to just greet him and we ended up getting cake icing rubbed on to our faces. Oh well! Good thing us girls got the chocolate icing and not the cream icing. Otherwise, I wouldn't have even posed for the group picture. lol! Plus, I finally was able to taste seaweed soup. And it wasn't bad.
- Was reading Katie's blog and she mentioned a name that I haven't heard in a long time. Roberto Baggio. sigh! I was never a soccer (football) fan but after I first saw him during the good-knows-when World Cup, I would constantly be flipping channels looking for the Italian jerseys and to see if Baggio had any camera time. lol! Anyway, since then I never really found a reason to follow the sport (yeah i know there's a guy named Beckham who's also easy on the eye but I guess I never really got into him) that is until this year's World Cup. Yes, I am now a fan of South Korea's Ahn Jung Hwan. aside from being good looking (always important) he's a good player, having scored the 2nd goal against Togo during their first match.
- Had dinner with Katie, Ia, Tina, Patty, Marie (and her cousin Camille) last night at Masas in Greenbelt 2. Finally have the Red Devil horns (pictured above), Shinhwa's 8th jib (with posters!), Tim's 3rd jib, and Epik High's Black Swan CD! sweet!! ^^ Katie also gave out Shinhwa stickers and a cute Korean girl keychain. I also got a Goong notebook! haha! Anyway, after dinner we went to Seattle's Best and chatted about the most mundane things (Humpy Dumpy etc.).
- I'm selling my extra Shin Hye Sung Solo CD for P600 (you have to add shipping if you want it delivered to you. I think it is less than P100 if it is within Metro Manila). It's brand new and definitely cheaper than if you buy from yesasia since the CD is already here in Manila. Anyway, if you or anyone you know is interested, leave a message with contact details. ^^
Well that's about it I think. ^^
